Bio
In 1994, after many years working in Direct Marketing, I started exploring the early versions of World Wide Web and began to get excited about its potential from a marketing perspective. So, in conjunction with Tequila London I founded one of the UK’s first digital agencies. During those early, heady days, I helped launch a number of major brands online, including Motorola and Thomas Cook. Since moving to New Zealand in 2005 I've worked on numerous direct and digital campaigns for a wide range of clients including Westpac, Mercury Energy, Genesis Energy, BMW, Countdown and the highly successful (and highly awarded) Ministry of Health Youth Depression campaign; ‘The Lowdown’. I've been Creative Director for a number of NZ agencies, notably Saatchi & Saatchi, DraftFCB and AffinityID and DDB TRACK and currently Flight Digital.
I'm currently a judge for the NZDM Awards, AXIS, Echo's and the Caples Awards.
Fun fact: I designed The Body Shop logo whilst a student at Art College. I was paid a what was then, the huge sum of $50.
